After about 1.25 hours compounded with a fear of confrontation and the kitchen lights being shut off, I asked the bartender about my pizza. The customer service was non-existent (often the norm here, but the food/beer usually excuses it) as they weren’t friendly when ordering, grabbed my glass without asking if I wanted another drink (or anything else, such as my pizza), and resumed closing duties. I was the third customer upon arrival-so they weren’t busy-and quickly became the only customer. I stopped 1.5 hours before closing time, ordered a pizza to go and a beer while I waited and read. As a server/bartender, I always give the benefit of the doubt to service workers but feel this experience calls for my first review, at the risk of sounding like a “Karen”. I’ve always loved Wooden Leg’s beer, trivia nights, board games, and original pizza flavors but was recently super disappointed. Don’t go here if you value customer service.
